The apartments
Directly on Lübeck's Untertrave, new apartments for students and trainees will be your new home from home. In 10 new apartments with 50 rooms, you will be able to come together and find flat mates as well as new friends.
The apartments leave room for your own taste so that you can create a personal home. Come together in the large eat-in kitchens or retreat to your private single rooms if you feel like more peace and quiet.
And so that you can focus fully on your studies, we take care of fast Internet, electricity and heating. Plus, we are always there for you as a direct point of contact.
The house
The house is located directly on the waterfront with a view of the medieval Hanseatic ship "Lisa von Lübeck", the Fehmarn Belt and the harbor. In 2022, the entire house was completely renovated and modernized to a high standard.
The mixture of community and privacy, design flexibility and convenience is a particular focus for us during the entire planning phase in order to provide you with contemporary student living.
The location
The central location makes everything a stone's throw away: Lübeck's old town with restaurants, cafés and clubs can be reached in a few minutes on foot, you only have to stroll along the street by the water to the music academy and you can reach the university in 15 minutes by bike.
In addition to the student life, Lübeck also offers you a lot of water, beach and history, which is especially evident in the typical brick architecture.
